Incidents

If you see any of the following :

• Pollution to water or land, such as a sewage or chemical discharge

• Damage or danger to the natural environment

• Dead fish or fish gasping for air

• Collapsed or badly damaged riverbanks

• Run-off of sediment from a road or other source

• Main river blocked by a vehicle or fallen tree causing risk of flooding

• Poaching or illegal fishing

• Unusual changes in river flow

… you can report to the Environment Agency (EA) on their Incident Hotline 0800 80 70 60

Remember to always get a reference number, provide photos if you can and make sure you ask to be informed when the incident has been resolved.
