SmartRivers Analysis for Itchen headwaters

SmartRivers analysis is conducted twice a year - in Spring and Autumn - on samples from 3 of our sites.

By conducting a detailed count down to species level for every invertebrate in the samples, we can feed data to an algorithm that derives a set of 5 biometric scores, which give a fingerprint of the pressures on each of our streams.
